Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Kelbilos ("we", "us") for the PocketLedger app. By installing or using it you accept them.

The app is distributed through Google Play. Google has its own terms with you, and they sit alongside these — Google is not a party to this agreement.

What you may do with it

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for as long as these terms are kept.

You may not resell it, rent it out, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law expressly allows, strip out its notices, or ship it as part of something else.

Subscriptions and refunds

The paid tier is sold as a subscription, priced per country and shown in your own currency at the point of purchase. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before it ends, and your Google Play account is charged on renewal.

Manage and cancel it in your Google Play account. Refunds are handled by Google under their policy; we cannot issue one, see your payment details, or cancel on your behalf.

If a subscription lapses, everything you have already recorded stays readable, and importing a file you exported earlier keeps working in every version.

Your records are yours

Everything you enter belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it and we don't use it to train anything. Since it is stored on your device, we hold no copy and have no access.

You are responsible for having the right to hold the customer information you put into the app.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise it is free of defects, that it will always be available, or that it will keep working on future versions of Android.

Some countries don't allow these exclusions. Where that is so, they apply only as far as the law permits, and your statutory rights as a consumer are untouched.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, nor for lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill, arising from your use of the app.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
