A small studio, on purpose.

One person designs, builds, writes and supports everything here. That puts a hard limit on how many apps there can be, and on how complicated any one of them is allowed to get.

The limit turns out to be the useful part. An app that one person maintains cannot carry features nobody asked for, so the ones that survive are the ones that earn their place. Shipping something small that still works in three years beats shipping something broad that needs a team to keep upright.

Privacy is a consequence of the same thing. Where an app can keep your material on your own device, it does, and where something has to leave, the app says what and to whom. There are no ads and no tracking, and this site sets no cookies.
